They listened to reports from the technical team on-site, accurately assessed the challenges in advancing the project, and provided targeted optimization guidance to ensure a smooth start-up and efficient production capacity release.

    The company leaders convened a project meeting to conduct in-depth discussions on key topics such as core business indicators and project progression milestones. They clarified responsibilities, refined implementation plans, and mobilized team efforts to ensure that all tasks are efficiently carried out.
